(trayed labeled and double wrapped heat-sealed film included)   $1/lb Vacuum Sealed 
     
Minimum Block Fee is $20
(saw cutting, slicing smaller to process or boning your meat to season)
**Seasonings or further processing of meat is extra**
Deer 
(We can not field dress deer at our shop) 
Bring them TOTALLY cleaned and properly tagged

Smoked Deer Hams.......$20 with us processing your deer
Jerky (ground only)..............$10/lb (5 lbs min) At the present time on HOLD

Bologna with Cheese.......... $13/$15 per roll (2 roll min. of any two or more selected flavors) Pepper Jack - Cheddar - Ghost pepper is $15 per roll and has ghost pepper flakes also. Very hot!!!

Beef Fat is added to the ground if available (approx.10%) Unless Declined (included while supply lasts)

(Smoking and Curing of Hams and Bacon are included in the above price also seasoning and labor of sausage for half loose and half links.)
